Looks to be the same as ours which is from Charleston Spar. This site has some good tips on furling the main.

Here is a handbook for the Charleston Spars furling mast. THere are large phillips screws in the mast above and below the furling mechanism. Start putting some PB Blaster on them a week or so before attempting to remove them. Several applications and a manual phillips impact driver (Harbor Freight sells one for less than $20) will accomplish the task without wrecking the head of the screw.

Here is a single page parts sheet for the Schaeffer 2100. They make a longer toggle (the part above #41 in this drawing.
It allows modern anchors to roll off the bow without hitting the bottom of the furler. It is an expensive piece of stainless steel but I bit the bullet and purchased it for about $325. After a couple years I'll now say it was and is worth the price.
