I am trying to locate the windlass switch shown on the schematic for my
1993 MK 1.5. The schematic (Catalina) shows a switch by the circuit breaker, but all I seem to have is the breaker. The windlass worked last fall for the surveyor when I purchased the boat, but I haven't used it since. The battery is at 13.2 volts, but the leads to the foot switch in the anchor locker are really hard to get to. I guess that's the next step if I can't find the disconnect switch.
Thanks,
deltahans

Hey David, I've got a 1994 and my circuit breaker -switch for my windlass is located on the forward seat of the stbd settee. But I've always thought the PO wired mine special. I couldn't find it either until I called the PO a couple of weeks after I took the boat home.
There's a switch labeled "windlass on the panel that doesn't do anything.
good luck.

Thanks, Sam
I have the same breaker under the stbd settee, and I also found the (disconnected) light on the panel marked "Windlass"
Hope something turns up...
