Not sure if others picked this up but in July of this year it was reported that C&T Composites of Fla acquired Catalina from the debt left by the Private Equity guy who killed the company. They have managed to rehire some of the former factory talent and have given priority to completing the unfinished boats to get some cash flowing. I'm sure that it will not be easy but wish them great success. It would be wonderful to have the company, an icon in the sailing industry, to return.
