Adding water tank under v-berth

HELLO EVERYONE. MY BOAT IS A 1984. THE SPACE UNDER THE V-BERTH IS CAVERNOUS. I WANT TO ADD AN EXTRA WATER TANK IN THAT SPACE. MY QUESTION IS HOW MUCH WEIGHT CAN I SAFELY ADD UNDER THERE. I HAVE 120 FEET OF CHAIN, 200 FEET OF RHODE PLUS A 30LBS ROCNA  IN THE ANCHOR LOCKER. I KEEP A FEW ITEMS IN STORAGE ON THE FORWARD SHELVE AND AROUND THE GUNNELS. IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFORMATION OR OPINIONS IM ALL EARS.

James, our boat is a1990, Mk 1.5. We have 3 water tanks, including one under the v-berth.  I'm pretty sure that it was a factory option, so it's completely feasible.

James, we also have 3 tanks, one in the bow, on a 2002 MKII.

Check out this link from Catalina Direct for more info.
