Does anyone happen to have any dissection images or drawings that show the composition of the traveler risers on the MkI, or experience fixing them?
I appear to have water getting in there, and I have not yet found its origin. But with our recent winter temps and the repeated freeze-thaw cycles, I can tell I have a lot of trapped water based on cracking of the gel coat, not just drips on the counter over the sink. I plan to rebed things when it warms up, but I need to try to dry things out, assess the damage, and fix it.
FWIW, this boat still has the OEM Nico traveler; it's on the long list of improvements/changes I want to make. This issue has me questioning my work priority order and the best way to prepare for and fix it, so I'm ready to upgrade and not resort to band-aids.
