As you can see in the pictures below, the bracket maintaining the control cable is totally oxide. What do you advise? Should I replace it, where to buy a new one?

I would just take a wire brush/wheel and clean it up. Get a good primer and paint and repaint it. Do not believe it has a heavy load on it, so it should be fine.
