As I get up there in the years, I have decided that now is the time in my life to move over to the dark side,,,,,powerboating. I am going to buy a trawler.
I had planned on doing all the little honey do stuff, and then listing with a broker.
A broker saw my boat on the docks this week, and contacted me about listing it. He says he has two very interested parties. I am not quite ready yet, but kinda thought,,,ok.
After sleeping on it for a nite, I am now thinking, now may not really be a good time to list.
My biggest concern is having lots of people I don't know boarding my boat and touching everything, and possibly contaminating my boat, and getting me sick.
I'm inclined to believe that I should wait awhile to see what happens in the future with the Coronavirus.
What do you think?
Thanks.

Do nothing until pandemic goes away. Our marina policy in Wisconsin: only people you should consider on your boat are persons that live in the same house with you.
Best to you.

I agree with Peter ! And I think you should trust your gut feeling. I would do nothing until this pandemic is over. Why take a risk with your personal safety ?It's not a good time to sell as people are un-certain about their future income. Use this spare time to fix her up
If you come down with this stuff, you may never get to enjoy boating again regardless of what boat you have. (In my opinion)
Stay safe.
