Hi Chuck (bumped into you at BI a few years ago).
    What Bill said was true about the restrictions as of a few weeks ago, but not any more.
    Out of curiosity, Que Chévere called at Block this past weekend, and we can report that the harbor was as crowded as ever for a July 4th weekend, if not more so (forget about public and private moorings, it was all about finding a tiny patch to anchor with the bare minimum scope, if that).  
    There were NO restrictions on leaving the boat.    We hiked into town and saw that nothing was being done to reign in a great deal of risky behavior during a pandemic (masses of people with no masks and no social distancing), so we didn't stick around there, but hiking in the rest of the island where one could get away from others was just as lovely as always, along with dingy trips to explore some isolated areas.  
    I do hope there is not a surge in cases there as a result of people being stupid, as the island has only the most limited of medical facilities, and would be sad to see it have to totally lock down again.
