C375 equipment list?

In the process of purchasing a new-to-me '09 C375.  Would anyone have a copy of the standard equipment list?   PO is original owner, I'd like to ensure I've got everything from his garage and basement that came with the boat!
Any help would be appreciated.

Tom-
Such information is generally covered in the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Additional equipment not included in the P&S is up to the seller as to what items they are willing to give and/or sell to the new owner. I developed a good relationship with the seller of our C36 during and after the negotiation process and he gave me tons of basement things: new exaust riser, water pump, oil filters, fuel filters, dinghy motor, new shore power cables etc. I had similar items in the basement for our C30 that we sold, but the buyer was so difficult to deal with, I gave the items away to others, or tossed them in trash.

Tom, as Paul has indicated, the PO (or more than one) will have both ordered originally, and purchased later, many options.  Depends on the PO.  You can download the manual for the 2009 model year (or the one closest to it, 1995?) and browse thorough it to see what is standard, but some came with a spinaker and pole, others with solid boom vang vs. rope, in-mast furling vs. boom-roller, etc., etc.

Our PO first noted she had a Genaker (never used), then tried to claw it back to sell on Ebay despite my having seen it in a photo next to the other sails in bags.  I had to threaten to kill the deal if it wasn't thrown in.  Highly specific to each vessel and PO.

In most cases it seems the PO wants to ensure everything is GONE from their basement stores, so I would imagine everything should get thrown in.  When I wrote up our P&S with my PO I ensured everything that I found on the boat during walk-throgh was on the list of MISC items.  From which, the PO vetoed certain items, although small things.  With the exception of stuff that would be useful on his next boat, such as a shore power converter and of a bundle of PFDs he bought to accomodate all his grandchildren, most everything else came with the boat.  All dockage, safety gear, etc should be spelled out in your agreement and initialed by both parties.  If a seller is trying to parse out parts and pieces to sell on eBay, I'm with Kevin, I would threaten to walk away.

When I sold my 26, I gave the guy EVERYTHING, including a frame and cover I made for it!  I wanted NOTHING left!  And I told the buyer that the boat came with "tech support", he could call with questions any time!  The guy ended up giving my wife and I a gift cert to a local restaurant.  Boat Karma!

I'm with the others - if you have a good relationship with your PO, then you get stuff. Otherwise, and especially if you try to nickle-and-dime the deal, you get only what legally you contracted for.  I've been on a (very) few brand-new boats, and seen some of the specs.  It's amazing what is not included.  The factory provides nothing, except what's glued to the boat.  Most of the stuff with a new boat comes from the dealer, so any USCG safety equipment, covers, even some electronics and safety equipment is added by the local dealer.  That theoretically list you asked for of what "standard" came with a boat would be pretty short - just absolutely required safety equipment. Everything else was purchased from the commissioning dealer on specification by the original owner, or was bought after-market.
