A couple of my opening ports aren't sealing well enough and I'm getting annoying leaks from our almost daily rains now. I see gaskets at the CatalinaDirect web site but its unclear which ones I need. I've got a 1994 C36, MK 1.75 with six Plexiglass, opening ports. ( 3 in saloon, 1 in head, 2 in aft cabin)
Can anyone please tell me which to buy?
Thanks,
Sam

The suggested cleaning with soap and warm water and light greasing with silicone grease worked out well for us.

Catalina Direct has them but as said, cleaning and applying divers silicone has worked for me past 8 seasons. On the size I think if you take the measurement height and width CD will advise which size you have, on my boat MK1- Yr1990 it is the Lewmar #1

Sam,
BTW I purchased the heavier (1/32") replacement lenses for my windows and installed this spring. We had some "wicked rain" within the last couple of weeks and they do fit tighter and no leaks as well, still using original gaskets!

Are you certain the gaskets are leaking ?
These Lewmar’s commonly leak at the rubber gasket between the two halves of the frame. My wife and I bought a 1999 C-36 a couple years ago and all the top side ports leaked. The frame gasket material was gray and soft enough that I thought it was actually caulking. On the 1988 Catalina 30 we sold, the same Lewmars had black rubber gaskets that were good as new and never leaked. The black rubber gaskets must be much more impervious to UV, because they were still hard, after 20 years.
I took a metal pick and removed much of the soft gray rubber gaskets at the two joints and caulked the gap. No more leaks.
If you still think it's the gasket, I have a bunch I foolishly bought, still in un-opened bags. I'll sell them to you half price.
