Hi folks, I could use some help finding a replacement speed/temp transducer. I'm brand new to our Catalina 36mkii 1997. I'm pretty sure it was originally hooked to a ST 50 head. I have looked though past posts and it looks like maybe it was made by Airmar? Is Catalina Direct a good source?

ST50 & st50+ were made by Autohelm for your years vintage. This company was bought out by Raymarine and the ST50's are now obsolete (might find a used one on Ebay)
I believe you can replace with an ST60+ transducer unit, but you'd better check first before buying...

I replaced mine several years ago with an airmar transducer. I only had to splice the wires to the original transducer wires. Works great.
