Replace propeller?

Hi,
I am in my second post and I thank you for the answers you have given me concerning the removal of the shaft.
I am about to replace the old shaft with a bronze stainless steel. I already removed the old shaft and as you told me disassemble the bearing came out without difficulty.
Now I ask you some advice: My Catalina is equipped with a Universal M35 engine and shaft by 52 '.The propeller seems small. The propeller is labeled 15 R 9. To improve the efficiency of the maneuvers i wonder you if this propellor is well calculated or thought you that it should replace. Please note that I maintain fixed pitch propeller. i need to know if someone with experience can give me information and can recommend
Forgive my English and good wind at all.

Hello, Piero.

I believe your 15x9 3-bladed propeller is the correct one for your boat. It may look small, but if you try to go bigger in diameter (more than 15 inches) or pitch (more than 9 inches), it will cause your engine to be overloaded.

In summary, that is the correct size for a fixed 3-blade propeller.
