I am trying to resurrect the refrigerator and think the problem is with a badly corroded controller board. The corrosion wiped out the part numbers of the main power transistors so can't find the replacements. Anybody have one laying around? or can check on the numbers for me? part # bd102N3016.

Alexanne,
Refrigerator control boards have been a problem for many years, The original board was prone to failure and that's just as well since the part it's unavailable any way!
But the good news is there is a replacement control board that is reported to be much less prone to failure.
The bad news is you have to shell out $285.00 to find out IF your refrigerator problem is the control board and not the compressor.
Buying a new control board is a lot less than buying a new refrigerator, but it's still a bit of a crap shoot.
All I can say is I have thrown the dice, bought this unit, and come up a winner. One other Catalina 30 owner that I showed this control board to, threw the dice and bought this unit and was also a winner.
It's your call, but here is the link to a replacement Adler Barber refrigerator control board.

Thank you both for the response. Yes Kollman sells them for $150 plus shipping $15. I have also found a partial schematic with the part ID that I needed from a cruiser in Italy. I will try that first.

Alex,
I tried the same thing last summer and ordered that exact part...compressor still did not kick on...anyone have further suggestions?
I like the challenge of trying to get it to work!
Nick
If your just a tad low on freeon your compressor will not kick on. Been there done that. Now I carry my own gauges and freeon.
