Oberdorfer Seals replacement

The seals finally started to weep on my trusty Oberdorfer raw water pump after 220 hours of service.
I ordered new seals for about $ 50.00 ( including freight) and decided to try replacing them. It all went very smoothly.
There were no leaks after it was installed and tested.

Great photo documentation, Haro.  Thanks!
I've got two leakers in my basement that I've been planning for sometime to rebuild.
There was a write up about this a number of years back by a former C36 Tech editor, but your photo spread makes it look easier than I had thought.
Where did you get the rebuild kit from?

Thanks Haro. Good input and gave me the confidence to rebuild my own.
