Interior flooring

We are looking for input as to how to refinish our interior flooring. We like the high gloss look. Does anyone have any advice on instructions or products or tips?
The floor looks to be in reasonably good shape but is showing signs of wear in the high traffic area.
Thanks!

Just be REALLY careful about sanding the panels before you finsih them... the laminate is extremely thin and you can go right through it. As for a finish, I am sure someone will respond but it does not seem to make a difference wht you use, Glossy generally is harder and wont scratch as easily.

While you have the panels out, be sure to seal the bottoms and edges if you have not already done so. For some reason Catalina left it bare wood and moisture will get in an quickly ruin the whole sheet.

We just did all of ours, used the same Target product that was specified for the other interior woodwork. From what I could find out it seemed that was what was on them. I just lightly sanded them and put 3 coats on. I used the satin though. I prefer high gloss but since it was done from the factory in satin I stuck with that. It also appears that a previous owner had done the backs of them already.
