I just replaced one, got it at West Marine. Forget what it cost but I remember I was pleasantly surprised. I think they have only one model but take the other one just in case, to match the base.
Edit: I only got the ring pull. Don't know what the other thing is.

I think the other thing prevents the two lids from slamming together, pinching fingers, breaking/bending pull rings. Not sure, but I believe they are: http://www.sea-dog.com/groups/2127-door-stop-bumper
