The manual was no help, and I could not find the answer on this site.
There are three pairs under the floor board under the saloon table.
There's another pair just forward of that, acceesable via a little hatch which has the bilge pump switch attached to it.
For a total of 8. Correct?
Thanks in advance!
It may have changed over the model years. If you do a seach on "keel bolts" on this site you'll find quite a few threads, such as this one, which starts with the question "Does anyone know the number of keel bolts on the 36?"

On our '85, there are, if I recall correctly, 10: 4 pairs in the main bilge area, 1 in a small pocket forward of the mast (accessible only by removing the floor board in the forepeak), and 1 aft accessible under the aft port settee (but buried under the fuel tank so I've not messed with it).
