Hi, everyone.
How do you clean your interior cushions? (Mine have mildewed somewhat.)
I've read somewhere that the best way is to remove the foam and put the foam pieces into a pool that's being chlorinated. (The chlorine removes the mildew.) However, I worry that the chlorine will break down the foam and ruin it.
Someone said to take the fabric to a dry cleaner.
What are your thoughts on this? Have you ever done it successfully before? What works for you and what doesn't work?

To answer my own question, I took these to a professional furniture cleaner. I found him on the Better Business Bureau website (www.bbb.org). He steam-cleaned them with a special machine and applied a mildew inhibitor. He was experienced with inteior boat cushions. They smell great now.
