I'm getting ready to install a new fuel line hose from the fuel tank to a new Raycor 500 MA Turbine fuel filter. My 1995 Mk II has the M35A engine. Does anybody know the ID of the fuel line hose? I can't seem to find it in the manuals and I'm a couple hours from my boat. Thanks for any input.

I replaced mine last year and my records show I used 3/8" line between the tank and filter housing.

Better check with a full visual on your own boat's system as these pumps are rated at 60 GPH and comes with 3/4" ports. My hose from the tank to engine's fuel filter id 3/8ths inches.

Mark - I'm in a similar situation - need to know the fuel line size and over a hour from the boat. Did you use 3/8" as the fuel line from the tank to the Racor primary filter?
Anyone know the size of the fuel return line?
Thanks,
Jeremy
