Engine alarm

I just realized I do not hear a buzzer when I turn on or off the engine.  Any suggestions?

Do you hear the buzzer initially before you start the engine.
If yes, then it would be bad oil pressure sender.
I have a simplified version of the electrical wiring diagram to help troubleshooting this circuit. Let me know if that would help.

It could be the OP switch as Haro suggests or a bad wire or .......   to test if it is the switch just ground the wire running to the switch with the key on.   What engine and  year is the boat.  There were lots of changes over the years in that circuit.

BTW the switch Is either on the Port side, aft under the exhaust manifold or just forward of the transmisssion on the rear of the engine. A metal canister about 1.5” in diameter with a single wire running to it.
