The area under one of my bow pulpit screws has a crack that needs fixing.  All stanchions are supported you screws from the outside and visible nuts on the inside.  There are no visible nuts on the inside for the bow pulpit.  Anyone know what they are screwed into?  Is it a problem to replace the screws afterwards after removal of the pulpit?
