hey everyone,
I currently have a symmetrically spin and pole on my 1999 Catalina 36 Mark 2 (but no spin sheets)
Does anyone know the length of sheets I should use ? I assume I'll need two sheets and a downhaul. Any suggestions for where to rig up the downhaul (and length) would be greatly appreciated.
Im also looking to get an asymmetrical spin (if budget will allow) as lots of my sailing is solo, so i would like to do away with the pole. I would be very great full to get the spin sheet lengths and tack line lengths suggested for an asymetrical too. Also how have people set up the tack line on an asymmetrical? Photos - suggestions would be fantastic (but I know this might be a tall ask)
and finally - if anyone has an old asym spin they are looking to sell, please do reach out!
thx again
