I have started to race Wavelength in our Monday night races. (No Flying Sails) Does any one have a reccomended length for a whisker pole on a MKI with 140% genoa.

Normally a spinnaker pole would be the same length as the base of the foretriangle (J), which is 14ft 4inch. A whisker pole of this length may be a bit short for a 140% genoa, but if you go longer than 100% of J your PHRF rating may go up.
