Racing this Morning

Wind is from thr NE 8 to 12 knots, we are racing south from Deerfield to Ft Lauderdale. Looks like the perfect day to fly an oversized A-kite. I am missing most of my regulars, so I have 3 girls that haven't raced with us before, should be fun.

I think I could make a living forcasting the wind, obviously one doesn't need to know what they are talking about to keep their job. We had a pleasant 5 knots from the SE, making it a very slow beat down the coast. Man I wish I could afford some new sails.
