My best guess would be choice #1. Here's what they mean:

CATALINA36TM......132 147 138 Tall Mast (assumes fin keel?)
CATALINA36TMSD...141 141 141 Tall Mast, Shoal Draft
CATALINA36TMWK...144 152 147 Tall Mast, Wing Keel
CATALINA36WK.......138 153 147 Wing Keel (assumes std mast?)
CATALINA36-2TMWK..141 150 144 MkII, Tall Mast, Wing Keel
CATALINA36-2WK.......141 159 150 MkII, Wing Keel (assumes std mast?)

Don't forget to consider/add your local adjustments for equipment/sails. (IE fixed prop, headsail size, etc.) These are just baseline averages, your local area may use slightly different numbers.
Also for paid US Sailing Members, you can download the new data base book (140 pages of monohull data)...
