I am needing to strip, sand and re varnish star board cabin table. 1) What stripper did you use and cleaned off stripper residue before sanding? What sand paper grit did you start with? Then what sand paper grades did you use? Which varnish material did you use?
BTW, slide out drawer under table catches and is POA to open. Any suggestions?

Our boats' interiors were finished with a water based varnish from Target Coatings. The product in an updated version is still readily available on line. There is an excellent article in the Main Sheet and answers most if not all of your questions. If you can not locate it, I believe I can find mine. I have followed those instructions over the 20 + years we have had our boat. Easy to use!
