Keel Stepped or Deck Stepped

Does anyone know if any model of the C 36 comes with a deck stepped mast? I believe some of the 38's did but have not heard about the 36's.

I have a brochure of the 36 from 1985; it is keel stepped. I would guess all the 36 variants are keel stepped. I had an '86 C30, and that was  deck stepped. There are brochures on this web site- I think under the "community" menue- that might be a helpful area to look at.

There is a member, Blair White, who has a boat that apparently was modified by a prior owner to add a mast tabernacle, so that the mast can be lowered for passing under bridges. See this thread:

which has pictures of it.
Appears to be a one-off sort of thing, I don't think Catalina ever built 36s that way.
