SeaTow automated radio check -discontinued

Just a heads up for the gang here on the Forum. As of Oct 2, 2020 SeaTow has discontinued their automated radio check service. It's a complex issue as to why - having to do with licensing and the FCC but it's gone from all locations. We used it frequently here where I am, since it gave you an idea of how your signal strength and modulation sounded.

It’s too bad that Sea-Tow has discontinued their automated radio check service.  The USCG does provide a MMSI that can be used with the DSC test feature on most radios.  The USCG MMSI is 03669999.
