Just thought I would share this method for routing out a Star Board filler for the NavPod. My old Furno Radar died and I lucked into a good deal on Ebay for a Garmin COmbo chart plotter radar. The only problem was making a filler to fit the new unit into the Navpod. Luckily for me our school just purchased a new CNC router... and I am the shop teacher so I had a chance to play with it. Anyway I plotted out the vectors and the holes and told the machine to go to work. Accuracy to 0.001". :)
Oh and it can also do this for carving.
