rigging question: can someone please tell me exactky what this means?

"Hey Joel, Heres some numbers:Remove and replace all standing rigging with new(reuse existing turnbuckles),pin and tune.MATERIALS:$2010 LABOR(:4hrs@$70/hr):$280"

I understand what is being reused here, but what should I expect to be new in the description of parts and services above?

Thanks--JS

Essentially all new 1x19 wire with new studs, forks, and eyes where these attach directly to the wire. Could be swedge or swedgeless (Norseman for example). A complete set of wires would be forestay, backstay, capshrouds (2), forward lowers (2), and aft lowers (2). Each wire would be terminated in a new stud on the deck end and either a new fork or a new eye at the mast end.
