Pre Made Hatch Covers

Anyone know of a place to get standard hatch covers and winch covers for a MK II Catalina? If I can just get them pre-made it would be great.

Nancy

I am having them made for my MK2 now. She lies in Marina del Rey and I live in NorCal. I could ask the fabricator how much for another set. Sorry I don't know what they cost because I am having all the cushions in the salon reupholstered in dark blue ultra leather, cockpit cushions, sheet bags, outboard cover and helm cover made at the same time, it was a package deal. If interested let me know what color you are interested in. I'm using navy Sunbrella for the covers you are looking for.

Here is a cover for your hatch that I use for the forward hatch to keep it from crazing. Also use when boat is tored over the winter. Simple to install and I store mine under the aft cabin cusin when not in use.

Gary, how does the fastener attach to the hatch? Is it just sticky stuff on it? With just one fastener I'd be concerned the wind would lift it and eventually tear it apart. They look interesting though.

Bud,
The sheet slides under the exterior dogs of the hatch and they supply you with two clamp like dogs. They have glue on their bottom side. After 24 hours they are pretty secure. So when you slide the cover under the the original dogs and lay cover to rest you turn the locks they supply which also dogs the cover. Pretty easy, note in this picture which I believe is closed and locked the dogs are 90 degree to the center-line of the boat. It would be almost impossible for the cover to come off. Sorry I don't have a picture with the cover on.
