I'm away for the week and would like to order a baking sheet off of Amazon before cruising, but forgot to measure the inside of the oven before I left! Don't want to get something that won't fit.
I have a 2003 Mk II with the standard stove. Anybody from that vintage know the approximate size of the oven rack?
Will it fit a 13 x 18 baking sheet?
Thanks!

Anybody? Just a quick measurement of the rack from anyone who is near their boat would be much appreciated...

David,
I am not near my boat but, I bet a quick call to Seaward products would get you an answer. Searward makes the range for the MKI boats not sure about MKII boats.

Thanks all. Seaward wasn't all that helpful when I called.
For future reference: I erred on the side of caution and bought a quarter-sized baking sheet (13 x 9). It fits perfectly! Anything larger wouldn't work. Also, as my Admiral pointed out, anything larger would be tough to clean in our sinks. :-)
The one I purchased is, I think, ideal for use aboard. It's aluminum (doesn't rust) and fairly heavy duty. Both help with heat distribution, which can be a problem in our ovens. We baked bread and muffins (used silicone muffin cups) while underway; they came out really well.

David, thank you for sharing this kind of information rather than just leaving the thread hanging, as is a temptation. This will be an easily searched for - and found - item should anyone ever need this information.
