Here's a link to more than 700 pics from last weekends Miami to Key Largo race. We were leading our fleet with just 4 miles left in the 34 mile race. Sadly we ran aground in the channel leading to Card Sound bridge. We were stuck for more than 5 minutes. As you can see from the pictures, it was quite windy, steady wind over 20kts with gust up to 40. Did I mention the driveing rain and nearly white out conditions. Sure seems like some of us sailors enjoy the abuse a bit too much. Enjoy

A lot of great pictures with quite an assortment of boats. I found it interesting that there was a Jeanneau 42 with a large dinghy on davits :eek: and then in the next picture there was a boat towing a dinghy (Page 7 of the photos). This must be a fun race. :D

Yes, it's a wide variety of boats. From an SR33 to an E scowl. Multi hulls from A cat to a Condors 40. This was the 58th running of this race. I think the popularity is due in part to the course being in sheltered waters and also the destination and party at the end is fantastic.
