As we approach Thanksgiving, I'd like to take a minute to thank the fine folks who keep this forum up and running and who make it such a great resource for us all. I'd also like to thank all of my fellow 36 sailors (and STU :D) for all of your great contributions.
Have a great Thanksgiving.

That's a generous thought, Mike. Much appreciated. But it is the participation from the C36IA's "Critical Mass" - that is, all of us together - participating in a way that captures good ideas and helps out each other.
So...Happy (American) Thanksgiving to all.
I specified American Thanksgiving, because I know Canadian Thanksgiving was sometime in October, and I doubt our members in the Netherlands, or Australia, or elsewhere, are in the habit of celebrating the Pilgrims' arrival in the New World. In reality, though, American Thanksgiving has evolved far beyond the Pilgrims, into a modern day family expression of gratitude for all our blessings.
Oh yes, and then there's American football, which is different from Canadian football, or rugby, or soccer. And that's another thing we can be thankful for: Our differences, elsewise the world would be quite a boring place.

Don't forget Maine Sail. At least he used to own a C36! :):):)
It really is a nice community, and in that spirit, Happy Thanksgiving to all.
