Adler Barbour Coldmachine power terminal connections

Does anyone know how to tighten the power terminals ( +,-) on the adler barbour coldmachine compressor show in the attached photo.  I've updated the photo.  The red wire is not making a good connection.  I've tried screwdrivers, allen wrenches, rotating the outer ring with a needle nose pliers. no luck.

Hard to tell to sure but if your talking about yellow/blue wires my guess is the white assembly slides down in the direction of the wires.  You will probably have to fold the wires over the plastic shell fo them to have sufficient clearance to come off

Les,
I'm talking about the power wires to the right of the 4 pin connector.   The wires are under the black plastic jacket.  The + lead has a loose connection.  It is not a screw terminal.

My guess would be either straight slot or Phillips.  Can you get in with a flash light to see??   One othe option is the screw could have vibrated all the way out and there is nothing to tighten.
