Testing the waters to see if anyone might be interested in purchasing a slightly used Lewmar Trapezoidal hatch.  This is the current model which I purchased to replace the OEM hatch in my boat which had finally succumbed to the crazing and cracked.  I decided a full replacement was a simpler option than sending the old hatch lid to be re-glazed.

This past weekend I replaced the hatch and found the holes for the four through bolts are not in the same spot as the OEM hatch so I filled the old ones, drilled for the new locations and installed the hatch.  It looks and works great.  Only problem is, the new through bolt locations interfere with our custom screen/light control inside the boat and I don't see a suitable work around.  So I'm wondering it it would be better to get the old hatch reinstalled rather than try to devise a new screen and light control system for the V-berth.

So I'm thinking if I can recoup some of the cost of the replacement hatch, I might send my old hatch off Hatchmasters (much easier to contemplate when the hole is filled) and replace it.  That would leave me with a practically brand new Lewmar hatch and a rather large dent in my wallet.  These sell for around $750, plus shipping.  I'd like to get $650 shipped.
