I want to change the antifreeze in my U35 and everyone says to unhook the line going into the water heater as that's the lowest point in the system.... but I can't find any line that looks like it comes from the engine. I see lines that are for the input & output of the water but not from the engine. Any suggestions?
I tried the search function but all I can find are a couple of postings that say "change the antifreeze", not how. Also on the technical CD there is a note on how to search the CD but it says to click on a binocular icon which I don't get from my cd.... any suggestions on that?.

The short length of hose between the heater and the engine doesn't contain a lot of coolant. If you want to keep it clean, and avoid spills, you might want to consider this method, adapted to your arrangement.

Chuck, assuming you have the standard Seaward hot water heater the lines from the engine to it will likely be on the back of it, not the side where the fresh water lines are. You can easily get at it by taking the cabinet out from under the sink, it is only held in by 4 screws on our boat.
On the M35A there is a large bolt on the starboard side of the block that is the block drain. It is near the front of the block down fairly low. It is a very big screw in plug, about 1 1/8" if I recall correctly, and it has a 9/16" or so plug screwed into it. That is supposed to be the low point to drain the block from, but it won't be because of the angle the engine is mounted on. You won't get all the antifreeze out for that reason, at least I certainly did not. Not sure if the M35B has that but I would be very surprised if it didn't, every Kubota block I've ever seen has one.
