Hi, I have recently taken ownership of a 2001 C36 MkII and am currently going through the boat sorting things out and making sure everying is working. I live in Sydney, Australia, and am looking forward to sailing on the harbor and offshore.
The windlass was not working and the problem has been tracked down to a circuit breaker which forms part of the battery control panel below the starboard seat. After a bit of fiddling and dismantiling the circuit breaker, I have got it to work, but I would feel happier about replacing it.
I notice it is a Texas Instruments Klixon rated at 135A (the Catalina manual suggest 80A which makes sense as the Maxwell Freedom 800 windlass is rated at 1000W (= 83A).
Does anyone know where I can order a replacement switch from?
Regards,
Nigel Patterson

Bill,
Thanks for the link. It seems to have everything on it. Are you aware what the required part number is? If not, I should be able to pull the panel apart again and get it off the switch.
