For some reason - probably an apple update I have to enter text using plain Text. Other modes never bring up the keyboard.
Any ideas or settings to use so I can use the default HTML entry??

I use Android and I too can only use plain text when using cell phone to enter content. I believe it is due to the theme used.
To used full HTML I use desktop computer.
