Which Edson Pedestal? For cockpit table

Does anyone know which pedestal a Mark 1 from 1984 has?  Most importantly the diameter of the stainless tubes and the distance apart?  I want to order a cockpit table and drink holder.  Seems like they make them in 1" 1 1/8' etc....  I would hate to be off on my measurements....

The original pedestal was 1" diameter, but you should measure to make sure it wasn't upgraded at some point to a larger size (as I did).  I don't know the distance apart.

Mike,
All C36's came from the factory with a straight Edson 1" pedestal guard, 9-1/2" wide (I think that is a center-to-center measurement).  As Matthew warned, many owners have upgraded their pedestal guards to larger diameters, bends, and double bends, but OEM guards were all the same. Hope this helps.

This one fits and just snaps right onto the binnacle.  I have it.http://snapitproducts.com/snapit-marine/products/m005/m005-binnacle-moun...
