What Fits Best On A MK I Bow Roller?

So, I've been thinking about replacing my 35 lb CQR with one of the modern anchors such as Delta, Manson, etc. Can you save me (and my back) the trial & error of figuring out which anchors fit best on a MK I bow roller?

I use the Delta, believe it is their #17 along with approx 60' chain never had a problem and have rafted 2-3 boats overnight. never dragged and I believe a couple of times the wind had been fairly strong....not a storm or gale but a good breeze
