Any ideas for easy tightening of the keel bolts just aft of the mast step and the the one farthest forwared? Can't see how to get a torque wrench on them.

Robert: I torqued mine last year with the club tools but could not reach three of the bolts due to height or angle issues. Saw some recommendations to cut the bolts for easier access which is my plan for this years attempt.
My thoughts are to cut the bolts with a cutoff wheel to allow me to use regular length deep-well sockets. Then use an impact rated universal to get at the bolts with the angle from the bilge that is required. I may add 10% to the torque rating to make up for the universal but I will test that theory first.

Thanks Harold,
A friend of mine told me that a flexible extension for the socket set exists and should do the trick. I'm a little skeptical when a torque wrench is required, but will give it a try. I'll let everyone know how it goes. Thanks again!
