Source for mast collar pins?

I have a mast collar that accepts pins that are like clevis pins to attach halyard lift blocks. It's a 5/8" diameter pin with a 1/8" hole for the block shackle.

Does anyone know where to get these? CD has them, but at a whopping $12.50 each.

I'll also need springs to keep the blocks upright when there's no load on them.

That is the only place I know of unles you can find there source. Garhauer does NOT make I checked recently as I bought 6 of them

Whoops, update on this: was ordering from Garhauer and asked anyway, they have them, $7.50 each.
