Steve;
A friend of mine had his windless fixed locally by an auto repair shop.; Race Ready Auto Repair - located at 5 Prineville St.- Port Charlotte, FL 941-766-1444 ask for Chris the owner/manager.
Not sure what is wrong with your windless or what was wrong with his, but it might be worth a phone call. I think it cost him $200. We'll see you out in the harbor .
