Outside track dimensions for Mid cleat?

Searched the forum and found reference to 1 1/4 x 3/16 dimensions for the outside track on a MKII boat but was wondering if someone could verify those measurements on a late 80's MKI boat? My first mate would like a mid-ship cleat upgrade - found one but need to verify that info before ordering. The problem with being 450 miles from my boat most of the time.:(

Harold,
The tracks on the MkI and MkII are the same.
