When I bought the boat 3 months ago the mainsheet traveller was virtually useless ie too stiff for easy operation. I took it off and carefully sanded clean with a dremel and wire brush the underside of the upper bar of the traveller which the moving assembly rollers rub against. After reassembly it is super easy to operate and runs easily and smoothly Saved buying a new traveller.
