Hot water heater plumbing

Could somebody please send me a picture of the plumbing to their hot water tank? We have a 2000 MKII and had the yard winterize it and they bypassed the hot water heater. It is just a jumbled mess of hoses all connected together now. What goes where back on the tank has me stumped.

Thanks in advance!

Chinny, it's your lucky day.  I also have a 2000 MKii and I am installing a new water heater tomorrow. I will send a pic when I go over.

Ok, so the pics on my phone are too big to post here.  When looking aft, the fitting on the left of the electric inputs is the hot water out side.  On the right the fitting is cold supply.  I will try to get smaller pics tomorrow.  Job was not bad.  Took about an hour and a half.  Tomorrow I am going to purge the coolant to be sure I don't have any air bubbles.

Here is my experience with water heater replacement.
mine is 1999 c36. I am not sure if the setup is the same.

Yes, same set up for me. Only difference is that my tank was the S600 and that's what I put back in today.  Did not have to remove or move the charger, just the two drawer cases.
