Has anyone seen the procedure for replacing the furling line on a Hood SeaFurl 5? I've searched the web, and found several places where people asked the question, and no answer. Hood haven't replied yet...
I could start undoing screws, but sometimes it saves risking a mess to get advice :o

Rob & Margie,
I have an older Seafurl system, but the official point of contact for Hood is Pompanette. Here's their email for questions and support:

Someday, Judi and I plan on stopping by to visit our Kiwi friends enroute to visit my Aussie in-laws. Some live on North Island and some live on South Island. Just never seems to be enough time, but someday...

Thanks, Chooch. I found Pompanette on the web earlier in the week, and sent an e-mail, but sadly haven't heard back yet...

You certainly should contact us when you do :-)
Pompanette have sent a PDF copy of an installation manual - might do the trick. If so I'll try to post it somewhere.
