I tried to get some extra hatch door keys cut today. Both places did not have a matching key blank for the key. They said they may be able to modifiy another blank to suit, but would not be a standard job.
The ke y has GAS written on one side and a number on the other. Anybody have any suggestions?

From the key description, I gather it is for a C375. Same thing happened to us when we looked for spare keys to be made. The local locksmith told us they were special keys and he did not have blanks for them. He had a million other types but not this one. He did manage to modify one slightly to fit but it does not work smoothly. We keep that one as the emergency key.
Our Catalina dealer confirmed they had to get the blanks from Catalina too.
