Exhaust pipe seeping

started to see the exhaust pipe to start seeping water after the fiberglass insulation and before the hose attaching to muffler. Is it time to replace?

Yup. That is a sure sign it needs to be replaced.

I replaced mine from catalina direct and it was leaking at the same spot you are talking about after less than 1 year.Took it to a welding shop and they said it was not the best job of welding so they repaired it ,so far looks good

I think I have a slight leak somewhere too...or at least it smells like a slight amount of exhaust in engine compartment. Funny thing, when I put a carbon monoxide detector down there, it does not sound an alarm when the engine is running. Perhaps diesel engines do not put out a lot of carbon monoxide? Or perhaps certain m35 smells masquerade as exhaust? Will be looking into this further over the coming weeks.
